Fairy Costumes

The skirts consist of an underskirt of dyed stretchy cotton so fairies can maintain some degree of modesty during flight/dance/clubbing etc without inhibiting freedom of movement!

The fancy bits are made up of all kinds of reclaimed fabric:

  • Old Saris
  • Wedding Dresses
  • Abandoned Fancy Frocks

They can all be mixed and matched with the tops in the clothes section to create your own fairy look for  every occasion , from toddler parties to raves and festi goers or just to cause a stir in Sainsburies!

Clothes

We start off with 100% unbleached cotton and then dye it in a range of earthy and vibrant colours, as of yet we can't use natural dyes as these are not colour fast. However these clothes are color fast and washable .Clothes are stretchy and fit most sizes from child to adult.

Lamp Shades

The lampshades are  made using hand made paper mainly from co operatives in Nepal, and are all backed with a PVC specifically for the job.

They come either as big freestanding lights or as lampshades.

This example is approx 80cm in height and has natural fall leaf skeletons inset with gold leaf.

 

The styles of lamp range from earthy to kitsch!

Jewellery

As with all our items, the jewellery is made using beautifully crafted glass beads from various fairtrade projects, mainly in India, and an assortment of reclaimed beads from different sources.

Our range consists of:

  • Bracelets
  • Anklets
  • Pendants
  • Earrings

No plastic beads are used
